Here are the results of my Penny Auction Strategy after my first 6 days of activity:

Notes & breakdown of Penny Auction Strategy after first 6 days of activity:

2/14/2012 – 20.00 is from enrolling a ‘Diamond’ into my organization, not from earnings from my original input of $99.00

2/15/2012 – The 3.94 is earnings on the 200.00 balance from yesterday. To earn this each day, I must place one free ad at one of the suggested sites. This takes me less than one minute to do.

2/16/2012 – I sponsored another ‘Diamond’ into my organization, so the additional 20.00 brings the ‘New VIP PT Balance’ up to 40.00. The 3.92 Bonus is the daily bonus for placing my free ad which brings my New Bonus Balance to 207.86. Not bad for a $99.00 deposit just 2 days ago!

2/17/2012 – I do not yet understand where the 1.00 came from. This program has 6 ways of making money and I have not learned them all yet. The 212.24 stems from the $99.00 I deposited on 2012-02-14 and the 40.00 from enrolling two ‘Diamonds’. There is other money that will arrive from enrollments later on.

2/18/2012 – Weekdays, Mon-Thur usually pay above average rates and Fri-Sun tend to pay less than average. A typical week will average about 1.5% but it can vary as it’s based on company wide sales volume on a daily basis. With that said, even though the 1.91 seems “low”, get out your calculator and figure out what kind of ROI that is on the $99 that was put into this account. It’s mind boggling when you remember that this is the DAILY ROI, not yearly.

2/19/2012 – I am still trying to learn all this, and the “VIP P/T” still eludes me, but I’ll take the income anyway. Not bad for accepting some risk up front to make the decision to try this and for placing a free ad daily.

2/20/2012 – This is the 6th day and my $99 deposit (remember they gave me 200.00 to earn money with for 90 days) has earned 18.61. That is 18.61% ROI, and remember, that’s not an annual ROI, that’s in SIX DAYS. Wow! This is looking better than I expected.

Here is the math to figure the Return On Investment (ROI):
$99 earned 18.61 in 6 days. That figures out to an interest rate of 3.68%, and remember, that is the DAILY ROI, not annual like we are accustomed to seeing.

In the name of being cautious, let’s cut that rate in half and see what would happen if there were 200.00 yielding only 1.5% per day. Look at what a $99 deposit would build to by day 360. Imagine if I had put in $1,000 instead of $99.00.

I am planning on depositing more money into this now that I am starting to understand how it works.

If you have never heard the term Penny Auction Websites you probably soon will. They strike a cord into many of the good things about the human spirit and what I call the fabric of life.

I believe in compassionate capitalism, which is a whole other topic, but it’s about helping people first in order to help yourself last and in the end, helping many others as well.

I invest in people and in assets. My network of business partners and associates is a big part of my life and they are what matters most. A ‘tool’ that enables my lifestyle is the income streams that fund that lifestyle, and it’s that way for most people.

The ‘art’ of business is to make it people oriented. I call that compassionate capitalism. There is a balance and each of us strikes that balance in our own way.

I am currently with an auction business model that enables me to double my money every 48 days. For the numbers people who hear this, they cannot believe it. I didn’t when I first heard about it myself. In fact, I walked away from it, but when a friend who is an over-the-road truck driver turned $700 in Nov 2011 into $2,754 by mid-Feb 2012, I took another look.

If you have ever heard of the “rule of 72“, that’s the best way I know to explain the program. It is enabling many people to get the shackles of debt off their backs so they can go live the life they have wanted to live but found it hard to do.

Most of them turn to helping others as soon as they get the debt monkey off their backs. Success is a good thing when good people achieve it. The journey from employee and consumer to business owner is a great trip and I recommend it to anyone who wants to achieve more with their life and who has a desire to help others.

Like most people, I started out as a consumer. Now I am a prosumer. I produce income while consuming products. It’s simple to do and understand once you step outside of the consumer and employee box that school put you in.

I’ve learned to make a good living as a networker and I love it. I meet nice people, I get paid to shop and I get to travel the world and work, or play, from wherever I happen to be that day.

I call it my job free life. In 1980 I learned that I’d be happier as a business owner than I was as an accountant. Duh, ya reckon? And that’s not a slam about accountants. They are smart, hard working people, but like all employees, they are beholden to someone else, and that is just not who I am.

Some people like the structure and the perceived safety of job security. For me, I yearned to be on the other side of the counter, i.e. I wanted to own the business, not work for it, so for me, it wasn’t even close. I wanted to be my own boss, so I quit my job at the bank and I’ve been free ever since.

Along the way, I learned how to turn our ordinary household expenses into household income by shopping through a network that pays us to shop there and refer other customers to our network.

We all tell friends & family about good deals we find, right? Since 1995, I have my own network marketing business doing what I call “Shop and Share“.

Now I help others earn money, too, so if you would like to save money on your household products and get paid by referring other shoppers to your store, I can show you how to do that.

I don’t sell or chase people and I don’t bite! I simply answer your questions and hook you up with the network and then I leave you alone, unless you ask for help. I’m here to help guide you, not push you like some in networking do.

I can easily show you how to become a pro-sumer, too. Then you decide how far and how fast you want to go.

In addition to the consumer side of this online network of stores, there is also an affiliate aspect. It is optional and while most people just want to shop for the value of the high quality products, about 5% of people also want to build a network of customers and earn some income as their reward for sharing the concept. Thus the ‘shop share earn’ name for the site.

I know that some people are afraid of talking to a “stranger”, and if that’s you, I can understand that, but if you’re ever going to make it in any business, you must overcome that thinking. Every business is built on relationships with people. Networking is a great place to learn how to build relationships with people, and that skill is universal and an important skill to have for anyone.

If you can’t get past that, no problem. You can become my customer, I’ll set you up with the same discount pricing I pay and you can shop at discount without anyone bothering you or trying to sell you anything or get you to do anything, period.

We have a solution that will enable you to buy items wholesale and you can still build an income just by being a loyal customer. Email me and I’ll setup your free account and turn you lose in the store.

I started this post talking about Penny Auction Websites and wandered into my life and other topics, which hopefully was worth the read, but let me say this – if you have never looked into Penny Auction Websites, I think you’ll like it. They are fun and in the case of the one I frequent, they are also very profitable. I will put a link below my signature in case you would like to visit, and if you do from that link, I will see to it that you get 500 free links just for having read this far down into my post! How’s that for payback? It’s a $300 value, so I hope you have fun bidding, and when you buy something like a $100 bill for about $10 (yes, this Penny Auction Website auctions cash as well as products) , send me an email telling about your good fortune!

If anyone wants to make a business connection and swap stories or links or whatever, drop me a line. I like politics, ancient world history, travel and about 1,000 other topics. Basically, I like people and I love to learn from their experiences.

Have you ever heard of something called the Rule of 72?

Imagine an ROI of over 1% per day. Not per year, but per day!

The Rule of 72 says that you divide 72 by the per cent of return as a whole number, i.e. leave off the decimal and % sign. The answer is the number of “periods” it will take to double your money.

For example, if you were to earn an annual 6% ROI, the Rule of 72 says that it would take 12 years to double your money, figured as follows:

72/6 = 12 periods. In this case a period is a year.

That’s the typical period, but what if that ‘period’ were a day? What if the per cent rate was 1.5%? You do the math using the Rule of 72 and when you do, imagine if the period were not a year, but it was a day.

And when you find that you can’t believe it’s possible, take up my offer below and see it for yourself, no risk, not obligation, no money to look.

Look over my shoulder into my account and see what I’ve discovered. It’s classic risk vs. profit. I first said no to it in Nov and now I wish I hadn’t.

I’m not asking you to buy anything, join anything or risk anything.

I’m simply inviting you to see how the ‘Rule of 72′ is working at doubling my money every 48 days. Come watch my account by receiving a ‘screen shot’ of the account each day. Fill out the form at the link below and see for yourself.

My “retirement income” consists of:

Mobile Notary Public – As a Notary Public Knoxville TN I do loan document signings for title companies who call from around the country who have closings in east Tennessee. In the process, I travel to homes, businesses and public places like coffee shops to “Notarize” documents.

International Dental Concierge Service – We saved $8,100 by traveling to beautiful Costa Rica for dental care. Now I help others do the same. I started a blog Costa Rica Dental Implants that tells our story in words and pictures.
I returned in December 2011 to complete my dental care, and during that trip I interviewed a second dentist and we now work with too. Details for both dentists are at Costa Rica Dentists.

Online entrepreneur – I market consumer products and services online with a focus on high quality products at value prices.

Referral Marketing – Seventeen years ago, I ran into referral marketing and fell in love with the concept of helping people first and being rewarded myself IF I first helped others. Many programs exist where either bad management or crooked players operate, but for the honest programs, there is nothing better than a business model that enables consumers to participate in the revenue stream that normal retailers keep to themselves. It simply makes sense to get paid to share product and service experiences with others. That is what real network marketing is about. So, for 17 years, I have helped customers shop for Amway products and without bothering them about becoming a business owner. I understand two things about Amway – the products are great and most people do not want to be solicited to become an Independent Business Owner (IBO). They just want to shop and be left alone! Customers can register at our Amway products site with or without our help. There are no costs to register as a Customer, no minimum purchases to make, plus there are free shipping offers. Normally Customers pay retail, but we setup all our Customers at the same wholesale prices that we pay as IBOs. Occasionally some people want to learn more about the Amway business opportunity and we help them, but only those who ask. More about that can be found at our American way webpage.

Investing - Nothing big, but I do like to play with the possibilities of growing money into more money. My current investment strategy is in the penny auction arena and things are going exceptionally well there!

At these “retirement jobs“ I am the boss. I work when I want, from where I want and I work much smarter and do much better than I ever did at any job.

Today, I focus on living life to the fullest and that includes helping others succeed. I am at that age where I want to give back about as much as I want to get ahead.

Happy trails . . .

Today I have many “retirement jobs“. I am a husband, a father, an opa (that’s German for Grandpa) and a serial Entrepreneur, a half-joking, half-serious term a friend and I use to describe our desire to own our own businesses rather than work for someone else.

When not napping, eating or playing, here are some business activities that I focus on:

Mobile Notary Public – As a Notary Public Knoxville TN I mostly do loan document signings for title companies around the country who have closings in east Tennessee. I also meet people at local coffee shops to “Notarize” documents for them as well.

International Dental Concierge Service – We saved $8,100 by traveling to beautiful Costa Rica for dental care. Now I help others do the same. I started a blog Costa Rica Dental Implants that tells our story in words and pictures. We encourage people to contact us with their questions. Anyone facing high dental costs now has an alternative that includes a vacation to the tropics and saving a lot of money. The $8,100 we saved was after paying for both of our airfares and lodging. In between dental appointments, we visited the Arenal Volcano and we went to the Pacific coast for a couple of days. While there, we took a one day sailing and snorkeling trip in the Pacific Ocean in Costa Rica. Here’s us on the sail boat and there are more photos are at our blog, above.
When I returned in December 2011, I interviewed a second dentist and we now work with him, too. Details for both dentists are at Costa Rica Dentists.

Online entrepreneur – I build websites and do SEO work to help websites rank higher on search engines. It’s a challenge, much like playing a game, only the results yield great income enhancing results. I play with it and I like that I can pick it up or put it aside at leisure.

Amway IBO – For 17 years, I have helped customers shop for Amway products without bothering them about becoming a business owner.

Investing - Nothing big, but I do like to gamble and it’s fun seeing if I can still pick a winner now and then!

Personal – As with any business owner, personal and business bleed together because when you enjoy what you’re doing, you never work. It’s all play and some other interests include travel, flying small aircraft, ancient history, reading and about a hundred others that would bore you right to sleep so I’ll spare you the rest of the details. You probably have better things to do than reading about my story -

At these “retirement jobs“ I am the boss. I work when I want, from where I want and I work much smarter and do much better than I ever did at any job. But it didn’t start out that way.

I used to believe that a college degree meant you could “write your own ticket” as I was told. I believed it, but life taught me different. How about you?

Turns out, write your own ticket meant following the “40-40 plan” – 40 hours a week for 40 years. We all know how that turned out! And that’s back when college was affordable and there were plenty of good paying, middle management jobs. Today’s grads have it much worse.

Today, I own my own business and I only wish I had someone who would have guided me in that direction to start with. Not that I would have listened right away, but I believe I would have figured it out much sooner.

Like many, I trudged over, and sometimes through, the normal hurdles in life – college, the USAF and jobs with the IRS, HUD, bank auditor, business broker and traditional business owner.

Have you ever heard the acronym for the word job, i.e. ‘just over broke’.

Residual Income wasn't taught at school =|:~(-

That explains it, doesn’t it? You get by, and even ahead of many, but rich? No, it isn’t going to happen at a job, so you better enjoy what you do. That way it’s not work. Well, I learned that lesson and a few others along the way. How about you?

That’s what I refer to as “linear income” where you trade your time for their money. What I learned in the real world was that residual income was the way to go where you leverage your time and leverage your income.

My focus is on living life to the fullest and that includes using my past business expertise to help others achieve their goals. I am at that age where I want to give back about as much as I want to get ahead. It’s a good balance and I’m enjoying it quite nicely, thank you.

Happy trails . . .

Would you attempt to build an online business if you knew you couldn’t fail?
The idea of building a business with little effort is an often abused idea. So you can get right to the heart of this program, here are 3 steps you must do to succeed with us in your own online business.

Ask yourself if you could do these:

1. Watch a short video about our program: www.BusinessExpr.com

2. Get started by registering at our site: www.ShopShareEarn.com ($50 per YEAR)

3. Shop at the website you will be provided. No minimum purchases. Just buy stuff you were already buying at the store.

4. Refer other people to your website who you think might be interested in shopping at your stores, or who you think might be interested in getting paid to shop and share, too.

That’s it! There are no failures with this program unless you quit.

The worst thing that could happen is that you invest the $50/year for membership as an IBO and then you do nothing. And that $50 can be a tax deductible item, so how can you lose?

The way I see it, the best way to not succeed would be to not try our program.

Contact me if you have questions. Know this – I will NOT try to convince you or sell you anything! I do not reach out to anyone. That’s for the desperate networkers.

You are welcome to either register yourself or call me to discuss any questions you have. I will not try to convince you or sell you anything.

People who need tricked into joining are not who I am looking for. Those people need to learn some more about the real world.

Happy trails . . .

What picture develops in your mind when you hear the words: layoffs … mergers … and … downsizing? Are you concerned you’ll fall victim to one of them? Or has it already happened to you?

Being vulnerable to things you can’t control seems to be a way of life for too many people these days.

A job, like the future, is promised to no one.

Retirement is usually early. There are no more gold watches. A pension is something you can never actually survive on. And the future of government pensions will always be debated, but never resolved.

Are you looking for safety? Are you looking for an income that increases year after year? Do you want more financial freedom and more time freedom?

Maybe it’s time to be your own boss. Start your own business.

Scary thought? Maybe. But keep reading. It gets better.

As Robert Kiyosaki writes, you are not rich because you own ‘stuff’. You become rich because of your financial education. Most of us have been taught that a job is the path to success, and the most harmful part of that education is that a college degree is the answer.

I went to college. I graduated with a B.S. in Accounting and I can tell you straight up, it is the biggest joke that life has played on me! What I learned and what I faced in the real world of accounting were hardly recognizable to each other.

And I’ve seen many non-college people who have expressed a feeling of inadequacy. They feel like they ‘missed out’. They did miss out on a lot of fun. They did miss out on the experience, but as to income producing abilities, they missed nothing.

I must address a common yet stupid rebuttal that is ofter offered up by pro-job, pro-college career counselors here, i.e. that “statistics show that a college grad makes more money than a high school grad”.

Well, of course they do. The reason is because the education system wasted that non-college person’s education opportunities on job-oriented subjects.

Think about this. If you took two groups of a 1,000 high school freshman aged students, put one through our public education system, and put the other group under the tutelage of business owners, be they retired or active, it only matters that they have real world success in business, and I can tell you without hesitation, the business oriented students will not only end up financially better off, but they will end up with a broader perspective of life because they will have the means to achieve more and also to help other people more.

Someone economically restricted is not in a position to help themselves very well, let alone others.

It’s KNOWLEDGE that makes you rich, not gold or money or anyTHING. That’s good news to anyone who wants to become wealthy. That means that you can learn how to become rich just like you can learn to ride a bicycle. Yes YOU can!

As for the basic building blocks, you’ll need a business model to learn. You’ll need a product or service, and we network marketing is a growing industry which meets the Consumer’s needs for ‘stuff’ and it’s a product/service that a new business person can offer relatively easy.

After 16 years in online business, I have evolved into network marketing as my day-to-day work and it’s that solid network marketing business that is my long term income. This is a powerful source of income because it enables long-term, stable income.

Find out how you too can turn, “Yes I Can” into “Yes I Did!” with network marketing.

Watch this video and read through the information below it at American Way for a basic program that almost anyone can profit with.

Yes I Can

Revolution Change screams “Throw out the bums!”

But wait. It often brings in worse “bums”!

Advocating for revolution change, aka political change, while virtuous and noble indeed, is ultimately a wasted effort.

Now wait – Before you argue with me, go argue with history and THEN we’ll talk.

History is full of examples, but rather than get into some of the old stuff that your high school history teacher may have discussed while you were contemplating how you could ask that cute girl out who you sat behind everyday, take three examples from the recent past, and ask yourself – “Did these changes bring about a better environment for the people or was it a worse one?”

Three classic examples are revolution changes in Cuba (1959), Iran (1979) and Egypt (2011). Remember, there are thousands of other examples, but you were focused on the cute girl, remember? By the way, how did that turn out with the cute girl? It’s probably another example of change we can believe in not turning out the way you thought it would, right? Touche! My point is made. Change is not always good.

In these three examples, Cuba, Iran and Egypt, are the people better off now that “revolution change” has occurred?

They had a path to freedom. How did it turn out for them? And why?

Within the past year, there has been much talk about the “Arab Spring” and a lot of hope for a revolution change toward freedom in Egypt and the Middle East. Their revolution change has brought them right back to where they started, i.e. an autocratic dictatorship. In fact, there is growing evidence they may be worse off. There are bloggers who are now in jail because they wrote negatively about the military while Mubarak was the ruler. See Maikel Nabil Sanad for an example.

Note, this is NOT an article about those people or any one country. The people of Egypt deserve freedom. Doesn’t everyone? The point here is, it is an assumption to think that revolution change is going to be a good thing. History is full of examples where the revolution change was NOT a good thing. So this article is not about any one person or country. It is about people who rule other people, and it is a FACT that people with too much power often, no, damn near always, abuse that power. They can’t help it. They are, after all, human.

When you think about revolution change, this is how things usually work out in politics. How many people have campaigned on the ‘change’ platform, only to end up following the same path as the last guy? As the saying goes, ‘the more things change, the more they stay the same.’

Egypt is due to hold parliamentary elections in a few months’ time. It’s questionable whether Tantawi, the new military commander and ruler, will give up his supreme, unchecked power. Regardless of the outcome in this one situation, a new power elite will emerge in Egypt that helps itself to wealth and privilege at the expense of everyone else.

This is the great weakness in any political system – ‘government’ is based on the idea that some individual or organization is awarded power that no human being should possess, i.e. the power to kill, to declare war, to steal, to defraud, to counterfeit.

This is why advocating for political change may feel needed and feel like the right thing to do, it is often a wasted effort. Power-hungry egomaniacs and their “Yes-Men” always rise to the top, conning the citizens that ‘change is coming’. It’s all a big con designed to strengthen their positions while robbing from the masses. These people are cockroaches, living on the production of other people’s successes!

As I have grown to appreciate history, I have grown to appreciate that it’s not PEOPLE who we should believe in, but rather it’s the SYSTEM that matters more. And I cannot help but think of the U.S. Constitution. As flawed and as “out dated” as some people might THINK it is, I have come to appreciate that it is an objective set of rules, designed by people, yes, but it was designed by people who had the common good in mind WITHOUT a hidden agenda.

In other words, when they wrote it, they had no “dog in the fight”, as the saying goes. I have a deep appreciation for the beauty of this type of system. It rules with an even and fair hand.

I just hope that enough people in the world will understand that revolution change is not an automatic change for the better. Maybe what we all need is a refresher course on the U.S. Constitution. Given the socialistic slant of what is being taught in American schools, THAT would be a revolution change in itself. Now THAT would be change I could believe in!

Kurt Gross

“I contend that for a nation to try to tax itself into prosperity is like a man standing in a bucket and trying to lift himself up by the handle.” … Winston Churchill
